Getting Started
What is FAHU?
Facing Addiction with Hope and Understanding is a self-paced online course designed to help you understand addiction and recovery in families. The course is divided into 4 modules with video lessons, workbooks, and quizzes.
Your Dashboard
Course Dashboard
Your course dashboard shows your progress through all 4 modules. The course is divided into 4 modules. Work through them in order.
Progress bars: Shows how many slides you've completed in each module.
Taking a Lesson
Lesson View
Videos: Click play to watch the narrated video (audio available).
Workbook: Optional space to write notes or answers to questions in the slide.
Navigation: Arrow buttons move between slides. Progress is saved automatically.
Quizzes
Quiz
Answer all questions. You get immediate feedback on your score.
Your Score: Your percentage correct. Grades: A+ (90+), A (80+), B (70+), C (60+), F (below 60).
Retakes: You can retake quizzes as many times as you want. Your best score is saved.

This is a screening tool to assess your situation. Your results are private.
Your score determines a risk level: Minimal, Mild, Moderate, or Serious.
Your Profile
User Profile
Name: Your display name.
Email: Your login email. Cannot be changed after signup.
Password: Update your password for security.

Manager Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you visibility into your team's progress. You can invite new members, track their completion, and see their quiz and assessment results.
Key metric: Overview of your team's seat usage and program progress.
Inviting Team Members
How to Send Invitations
Send an invitation to someone's email address.
Email: Email of the person to invite. They'll receive a link to create their account.
Access Duration: How long their access lasts (14 days, 1 year, lifetime, etc.).
Invite Link: Share this unique link with the person to sign up.
Viewing Member Details
Team Member Details
Click on any team member's name to see detailed progress information.
Read-Only: You can view their progress but cannot edit. Contact your supervisor to change access.
Progress Grid: Shows all lessons and completion status. Green = done, orange = started, gray = not started.
Understanding Seat Allocation
What are Seats?
Seats determine how many people you can invite to the program. Your supervisor allocates seats to you. Total invitations you can send or subordinates you can supervise.
Direct Invites: Invitations you've sent to your own team.
Available: Remaining seats you can use right now.
Admin Dashboard Overview
Admin Dashboard
These cards show key metrics across your entire scope. Only users you can see are counted.
Total Users: Everyone in your organization tree (subordinates, their subordinates, etc.)
Paid: Users with active enrollment who can access the course
Searching & Filtering
Find Users Quickly
Search: Search by name or email. Searches your scope only.
Role Filter: Filter by role: Admins, Managers, or regular Users
Status Filter: Filter by access status: Paid, Unpaid, Suspended, or Expired access
Sort: Sort by name, email, enrollment date, or paid date
Editing User Details
User Editor
Click any user's name to edit their profile, manage their progress, and view their activity.
Name & Email: User's display name. Shown on dashboard and in invitations. and Unique email address. Used for login and password recovery. Duplicates not allowed.
Role: Determines what this user can do: User (student), Manager (supervisor), Admin (administrator), Super Admin (system operator)
Paid: Checked = user can access the course. Unchecked = locked out.

Your complete organizational structure. Expand nodes to see details and distribution.
Seat Distribution: Visual breakdown of this supervisor's seat usage.
Program Overview: Stats for all end-users in this supervisor's entire subtree.
Managing Seats
Seat Allocation
Seats flow from top down through your organizational structure. You can allocate seats to subordinate supervisors, who can then distribute them to their teams.
Direct Invites: Seats used by sending invitations to this supervisor's own team.
Allocated Down: Seats given to subordinate supervisors for their own use.
Available: Remaining seats this supervisor can use or allocate.
